 I also wondering and ask myself this same question, whether is goat milk dairy?

The answer for that of course is absolutely, 100% yes. You know why? Because every mammal, whether it is a cow, a goat, horse, camel, buffalo, and more, those which producing milk and its related product like yoghurt, cheese, kefir, sour cream will fall in the category of dairy.


One thing you might want to consider about is different mammal will produce different type of milk in term of its composition. So I would choose milk that is most suitable for me, I would probably choose different kind of milk for my son. Some people are allergic to one type of milk so they might need to change to another and see if it is working out for them. After all we all know how important milk is as one of the best nutrient source available, so we got to a find a way if one is not suitable for us.

So what are goat milk benefits, what is so good about it?

It also has slightly lower lactose level and for those of you who has lactose intolerant problem it may help because goat milk is easier to digest and will not stay for long in your stomach and get fermented.

Goat for sure will not be at least less to contain additives or hormones. As mentioned before, goat milk is relatively easy to digest, since it has similar protein structure to human milk. They also will not suppress our immune system. They also have good acid buffering ability in comparison to other types of milk, even plant based ones like soya milk.

So which one is better goat milk or cow milk? Goat milk also has the higher amino acid L glutamine which help enhancing PH level in your blood system. So, the answer will not be that simple, goat milk or cow milk? Because both have the same ability to provide nutrient when human milk no longer available to us. Nevertheless when it comes to allergic and digestive problem you might want to find alternatives and fresh goat milk might be the answer.

Fresh goat milk contain everything we can ever imagine, from vitamins, protein, minerals, fatty acids, enzymes that our body can absorb them really well. It has good amount of selenium that is beneficial for its antioxidant and immune properties.

Normally, you can digest goat milk in about 20 to 30 minutes at the most, while it takes about couple of hours for cow milk. Even in the olden days the milk were not pasteurized as it always be now, they are fermented which provide superior benefits to the people at that time.
